1. General Cancellation Terms

2. Hotel Bookings
2.1 Flexible Rate Bookings
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in
- Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in: One night's charge
- No-shows: Full booking amount charged
2.2 Non-Refundable Rate Bookings
- No refund for cancellations at any time
- Booking cannot be modified
- Full payment required at time of booking
2.3 Long-Stay Bookings (7+ nights)
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in
- Cancellations within 7 days: 50% of total booking charged
- Cancellations within 48 hours: Full booking amount charged
3. Experience Bookings
3.1 Standard Experiences
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience
- Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% charge
- Cancellations within 24 hours: Full amount charged
3.2 Premium/Private Experiences
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the experience
- Cancellations within 7 days: 75% charge
- Cancellations within 48 hours: Full amount charged
4. Group Bookings
For bookings of 5 or more rooms/experiences:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- Cancellations 15-29 days before: 50% charge
- Cancellations 8-14 days before: 75% charge
- Cancellations within 7 days: Full amount charged
5. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we may offer:
- Full refund
- Booking modification without penalty
- Credit for future bookings
6. Refund Process
When a refund is due:
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
7. Modifications
Booking modifications are subject to:
- Availability
- Rate differences
- Modification fees may apply
- Must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in/experience
8. Special Circumstances
We may consider special circumstances for cancellations due to:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Bereavement
- Severe weather conditions
- Travel restrictions
