Plain previews show “Ready for approval”; “Needs review” is kept for real problems. Backup jobs show Source and Destination, and actions name their folder. Fylentra starts normally after a crash left a stale lock. “Keep both” names the extra copy after its folder.

Automatic schedules continue after a folder reconnects when its confirmed identifier matches at the same location, with fresh checks before writing.
